Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, there is a 24hr cancellation policy. Failing to cancel in a timely manner will result in a 50% cost of service. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of cost of service.

Do you wash hair before services?

Hair is to be washed a blow dried out prior to services, unless shampoo before install service is booked.

What do I need for my appointment?

When booking your appointment, all details can be found in the description box of your service. There are hair suggestions and other needed items in the confirmation you will receive after booking.

Do you take day of appointments?

It is best to book your appointment in advance online but, if you contact me the day of, I may or may not have an availability.

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash app, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash

Are children allowed in the salon?

No. I have a timed schedule and would prefer children not come to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

Does the flat iron get hot? 

Yes, It goes up 480 degrees. The hottest flat iron I've ever used.

Can hookah tips be used for other things?

Yes. Use you imagination and smoke in style.
